Jody Chafee  (editor@senrei.com)

Jody is an attorney in the Commercial Group of the Law & Corporate Affairs Department at Starbucks Coffee Company.  Prior to joining Starbucks, Jody was a principal at Riddell Williams, P.S. in Seattle, Washington.

Jody received a B.A. in Asian Studies in 1985 from Dartmouth College, a Masters of International Studies in Japan Area Studies from the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington in 1988, and a law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 1991.

 His translations of Japanese legal opinions and articles have been published in the periodical Law in Japan (Vols. 22, 24), and in The Constitutional Case Law of Japan, 1970 through 1990, edited by L. Beer and H. Itoh.
